Skagit Long-Term Recovery Coalition (SLTRC) partners with Helping Hands Food Bank & Solutions Center. Helping Hands has set up a separate fund for SLTRC and the coordination of equitable access to resources so all Skagit residents affected by disaster can move toward recovery and resilience.
